Theodora's希奧朵拉是來自台灣的品牌,於2017年成立至今,此為服務海外區域的官方網站,目前服務的國家:香港、澳門、新加坡,馬來西亞地區因海關嚴查暫停開放配送,後續將會陸續開放更多海外國家,敬請期待。

 

  • 收到手錶後請於15日內登入保固,手錶均可享有1年的非人為損壞保固服務。
  • 飾品/皮夾/包件類享有非人為損壞之90天售後維修服務,如因人為因素損壞,我們有提供付費的維修。

  1. You will get your order with a warranty code on a small black envelop which can log in to our website. 
  2. Log in to our website and choose your “account” where you can find the “warranty status” section.
  3. Please enter your watch warranty code and save changes.

WARRANTY

Watch with one-year limited warranty: 
During the period of the warranty, you can send the watch back to Theodora’s to repair for free except the man-made damage. However, we still offer the paid repair service. (Customers have to cover the shipping fee back and forth.)

 

Accessory with a three-month limited warranty:
During the period of the warranty, you can send the accessory back to Theodora’s to repair for free except the man-made damage. However, we still offer the paid repair service. (Customers have to cover the shipping fee back and forth.)

Returns & Exchanges

  • Only accept to return the faulty products.
  • Free return within 15 days : if you receive the faulty goods or the wrong orders, you can take a picture and send it to Theodora's (official Facebook page)in 15 days. There will be the staff to refund your order after the confirmation. The refund will be back at your “Store Credits”in your account and you can use it next time.
  • We don’t offer the service of the returns and exchanges because the international delivery is much more complicated. Please confirm the order again before the checkout. We will also check and pack the order carefully before we deliver it.
